From 8 June to 15 July 2012, the Laffanour-Downtown Gallery, at 33 Rue de Seine, is presenting a unique selection of works by the Italian artist Aldo Mondino. Mondino, now recognised as one of the greatest Italian artists of the post-war period, has always explored the contrast between the materials used and the subject depicted. It is precisely this that the exhibition at 33 Rue de Seine showcases through a selection of bronze works, drawings and an installation made from coffee grounds.
